Quality Policy

At SIGMA Aizu Factory, we are committed to the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our quality management system within the production activities of digital cameras and lenses. We aim to establish ourselves as an unparalleled brand in the market of highly digitalized society.

To achieve this, we have set the following quality policy, and we will ensure its thorough dissemination throughout the entire factory. We will deploy this policy as our goal, and each employee will challenge themselves in their respective workplaces.
We, as SIGMA employees, will create “products of highest quality in the world.”

The highest quality in the world means not only receiving recognition from manufacturers but also from the perspective of users.

The quality management system of our Aizu Factory is applicable to the following scope. Furthermore, if we outsource a part of our production activities to external suppliers, the execution of those outsourced tasks will be managed in accordance with our factory’s quality management system.
